Substrate type
Walls made of bricks, ceramic and silicate blocks, cellular concrete blocks, as well as walls and ceilings made of prefabricated concrete components. Old, not weathered cement-lime plasterwork, ALPOL AT 303 underlay plaster.

Substrate preparation
The substrate must be clean, sound, dry and free from dirt, dust and grease. Remove paint coats from old and durable plasters, patch irregularities and chipped plaster with ALPOL AZ 130 quick-setting mortar or ALPOL AZ 135 levelling mortar. Treat loose plaster with ALPOL AG 700 deep penetrating primer or, if highly absorptive, with ALPOL AG 703 primer for absorbing substrates, or apply initial scratch coat using ALPOL AT 303 plaster. Moisten dry substrate with plenty of water before applying the initial scratch coat. Treat substrates of prefabricated concrete and formwork systems with ALPOL AG 702 primer. Surfaces exposed to scratching, e.g. adjacent structural material, corners of door/window openings etc., should be strengthened with 10 mm fibre-glass reinforcing mesh, by embedding it in ALPOL AZ 130 quick-setting mortar or ALPOL AZ 135 levelling mortar.

Instructions for use
Stir the contents of the bag manually or mechanically with amount of cold and fresh water specified on the package to bring the mixture to homogenous and required consistency. Apply the plaster with H-type darby and, after ca. 30-60 minutes, level carefully the entire area with a trapezoid floating rule, spray with water and trowel with Styrofoam float. To achieve fine structure, finish the plaster with the use of dry float with fine and soft sponge or felt. Use a power trowel to get an ideally smooth and even finish. The plaster mortar remains workable for 1 hour after being mixed with water. If the mortar thickens in that period of time, stir it again thoroughly without adding water. Adding too much water prolongs setting time and impairs all plaster characteristics, such as: adhesion and strength.

Tools
Tilting mixer, mixer or low-speed electric drill, power trowel, floats and darbies, trowel, bubble level, container for mortar.p>

Working conditions
Work in ambient temperatures between +5Ā°C and +25Ā°C. Do not add any other agents. Protect fresh plasterwork from excessive drying and moisture. Do not use electrical heaters (to avoid shrinkage cracks) or gas heaters (to avoid shrinkage and carbonisation process).

Storage
Store in original, unopened packages in dry place ā€“ shelf life 12 months from production date. Protect from moisture during transport and storage.

Notes
The specifications and instructions for use are given for the temperature of (20Ā±2)Ā°C and relative air humidity of (65Ā±5)%. The workability may alter in different conditions. Irritating to eyes and respiratory system. Appropriate eye, respiratory system and skin protection measures should be used. Becomes alkaline after adding water. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice. Keep away from children. Use water to remove fresh dirt or ALPOL AI 770 cleaner to remove hardened dirt. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage caused by unskilful or inappropriate use of the product.

General recommendations
Work according to building practice, observing health & safety standards and regulations.
